Virtualizing the World's Biggest Software Conference
​Challenge: The client needed to expand their in-person software conference to a global virtual audience without losing the event’s impact.

Execution: I led a team to transition the conference into a hybrid experience, managing an onsite studio, live streaming 50+ sessions, and overseeing every aspect of the virtual programming.
Result: We engaged over 1M viewers globally, delivering a seamless, high-quality virtual experience. The event’s success led to increased sponsorship and a broader audience reach year over year.

Award-Winning Virtual Thought Leadership Series
Challenge: The pandemic forced the cancellation of in-person events, requiring an immediate pivot to virtual content.
Execution: In response, I led the production of a virtual event series, featuring 60+ episodes over three years with major figures in Tech and Entertainment. Despite the rapid shift to a remote setup, we maintained high production quality and delivered engaging, timely content.
Result: The series accumulated over 700 million views and received industry recognition, winning the 2021 Content Marketing Award for Best Content Marketing Program.

Launched the Netflix of B2B marketing
Challenge: The client needed to create a high-quality VOD platform for live brand experiences and original content, similar to Netflix but for business.
Execution: As Director of Production, As a team, we the launch of their streaming service, overseeing several original series and managing a team of editors and creators to deliver top-tier content.
Result: The platform successfully launched, offering a premium streaming experience and quickly becoming known as the "Netflix for Business."
